One of the questions we answer quite frequently is: “What are the differences between the Breathable Organic Pads and the No-Leak Organic Pads?” So, here is a little information about these increasingly popular options. All our pads are made of certified organic cotton. No-Leak Organic Cloth Menstrual Pads, No-Leak Organic Cloth menstrual Pads, however, have an added bonus; they have a polyurethane sheet built into the holder for extra protection. Because the sheet is ultra-thin and because it is sewn in, you wouldn’t see, feel or touch. On the other hand, Sckoon Breathable Organic Pads are made of 100% certified organic cotton down to threads. Both types of pads come with identical liners for absorbency. They are made of 100% organic cotton; there is no leak-proof sheet inside liners.
